Landecker plays the role of Monica Talbot, an executive at a major financial firm. Monica is brought in to help Marty Kaan (Don Cheadle) and his team close a deal. Monica is a tough negotiator who can hold her own against Marty and his team. She is also willing to take risks in order to get the deal done. Landeckers performance is strong and she brings a confident, no-nonsense attitude to the character. She is a great addition to the show, and her scenes with Cheadle are especially enjoyable.
