Alicia and her friends are on a road trip when they take a wrong turn and find themselves in the small town of Fairlake, West Virginia. There they meet two local hillbillies, Alicia's brother Dale and his friend Lita, who take them on a hunting trip. However, they soon discover the town is filled with a terrifying group of cannibalistic mountain men, led by the menacing Three Finger. Alicia and her friends must fight for their lives against these ruthless killers, while also trying to uncover the dark secrets of the town. With the help of Dale and Lita, Alicia and her friends must escape the mountain men and find their way back home.
